Is my Google Ads data safe?

Yes. We only ever read. We never write to your account, and there is not a single line of code in AdPulse Guard that can change your campaigns. Google offers one access level for its Ads API and it covers both reading and writing, so that is what you grant at the Google screen. We use the reading half and nothing else. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.

What permissions do you ask for, exactly?

Two things: your Google Ads data, and your email address and name. Google offers advertisers exactly one Ads permission and it covers both reading and writing — there is no read-only version to ask for. So we hold the same permission every Google Ads tool holds, and we never write with it. That guarantee lives in our code rather than in the permission: there is no write instruction anywhere in AdPulse Guard, and an automated test blocks any release that adds one.

Can I disconnect or delete my data whenever I want?

Yes, and you do not need to ask us. To disconnect one ad account, open Accounts and choose Remove on that account — its campaign data is deleted with it. To remove everything, open Settings and delete your account. Disconnecting also revokes our access on Google's side, and you can revoke it yourself from your Google account at any time.

Where is my data stored, and can other customers see it?

Your data lives in our managed Postgres database, hosted by Supabase. The keys that let us read your Google Ads account are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, so they are unreadable even to someone holding the database. Every row is scoped to its owner by database-level security, so no other customer can reach your account — that is enforced by the database itself, not by application code that could be bypassed. We do not sell your data, ever.

Can you see my credit card?

No. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch our servers — we could not show you your own card number if you asked. All we store is a Stripe reference that tells us which subscription is yours.

Are you going to fill my inbox?

Accepted Answer

No. The point of this product is to email you when something is wrong and stay quiet otherwise. Critical problems reach you immediately; everything else batches into one digest. You control the sensitivity and the cadence in Settings, and every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe.

What happens if the AI is down or your data is incomplete?

Accepted Answer

We tell you, and we show you nothing rather than something invented. If the AI is unavailable you get an honest "temporarily unavailable" message and our team is alerted. If a period has no verified activity, we say so plainly instead of scoring it — the system refuses to produce a number it cannot stand behind. A monitoring tool that guesses is worse than one that admits it does not know.
